“Spider-Man: Far From Home” is the perfect film to transition us into the newest chapter for Marvel.

Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) just wants to enjoy summer vacation with his friends and take a break away from being Spider-Man. However his trip takes an unexpected turn when Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) suddenly show up in Peter’s hotel room asking for his help to battle a new evil.

Let’s be real. We still haven’t gotten over the heartbreak from Endgame and I don’t think we’ll ever really get over it. But if there is one person who can put a smile on our faces, it’s Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is honestly pure joy. It’s the perfect way to pay homage to Iron Man and pick up the pieces from Thanos’s famous snap.

What I have loved so much about these newest Spider-Man films is its quirky innocence. It is as if we’re watching a teenage comedy disguised as a superhero movie. The cast is so entertaining and genuine as are the laughs.

Speaking of casting, Jake Gyllenhaal is another casting gem on the crown of Marvel casting. He is charismatic, zainy and a fantastic addition.

There will not be any spoilers from me, but I will share that the mid-credits sets the stage for the next chapter — and I am SO hyped, so do not miss them.

Final Thoughts: With style, comedic flare and wholesome good fun, Spider-Man: Far From Home will be near the top of your Marvel rankings.
